Investment Manager – Private Equity & Co- Investments (m|w|d)

Responsibilities:
- Source Primaries, Co-Investments and secondary transactions within the European Buyout Segment
- Lead comprehensive Primary, Co-Investments and Secondaries due diligence processes for new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and market analysis. Evaluate GPs’ track records, investment strategies, and alignment with LP interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, co-investors, and other stakeholders in the private equity ecosystem. Represent the LP in advisory committees and annual meetings of funds.
- Monitor existing private equity investments, including performance analysis and reporting. Conduct regular reviews of fund managers' performance and adherence to investment guidelines.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, sector performance, and emerging opportunities. Prepare detailed reports for internal committees on portfolio performance and strategic recommendations.
Your qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management roles. Previous exposure to LP or fund-of-funds structures is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to engage effectively with internal committees and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency German is preferred; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen to identify high-value investment opportunities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team structure.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as required for due diligence meetings, fund manager evaluations, or industry conferences.
