Tasks
The team of the A320 fleet consists of active pilots as well as "non-flying" employees in the administrative area. First and foremost, the fleet management would like to be available as a constant and competent contact for its flight crews.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the fleet management in the performance of flight operations tasks
- Assistance in advising and supporting the fleet's pilots in coordination with the fleet management
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of internal and cross-fleet processes
- Supporting quality monitoring by means of flight reports, actively proposing solutions where necessary
- Assisting with the organization of special and press flights
- Support with administrative tasks in the area of A320 training and secretarial services
- Assisting with the creation, maintenance and updating of reports, statistics and presentations
- Support in the implementation of cross-sectional tasks

Requirements
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, cost and benefit awareness, strategic understanding
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
