Become a part of Walther Transaction
Walther Transaction is a specialist for company sales and acquisitions based in Munich. To date, the
team around Mark Walther has successfully completed more than 300 corporate transactions in
smallcap and midcap in Europe, Asia and North America.
Your tasks
Participation in the analysis of the company (market and competition, business model,
nances) and in the development of the M&A strategy
Preparation of transaction documents
Assistance in the identication of potential investors, international contact to and
qualication of suitable investors
Participation in the setup and maintenance of the virtual data room and preparation of due
diligence documents
Project support during the entire M&A process

Your profile

A minimum of 4 semesters in business administration, economics or industrial
engineering, ideally with a relevant specialization in the eld
