Instructional Designer, Global Training – Customer Service (m/f/d)

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning undamp; Development, or a related field
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in training or instructional design, preferably in global teams
  • Strong didactic background; proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate)
  • Collaborative, learner-focused, organized, and able to manage stakeholders across functions
  • Fluent in English and advanced German skills - Lead end-to-end learning solution projects for Customer Service within Global Training, ensuring delivery and quality
  • Design and develop diverse learning formats, including e-learning, classroom training, blended, and microlearning
  • Apply didactic principles to create learner-centered content and meaningful assessments
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics - Compensation and terms according to the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry (30 days of vacation, additional payments)
