Your role at Micronova

We are looking for someone who loves working with people, has a strong sense for communication and creativity, and wants to take HR to the next level. If you enjoy coming up with new ideas, working independently, and having a real impact on company culture, then you’re the person we’re looking for!

Your mission

• Full-cycle recruitment - from job advertising through candidate selection and job offers.
• Employee development & training - identifying development needs and organizing workshops, and cooperating with internal and external trainers.
• Participation in HR marketing activities - attending job fairs and helping build our employer brand.
• Support in HR administration - especially during colleagues’ absence, including assistance with basic HR processes and admin tasks.

Your profile

• You have gained the first experiences in HR already, ideally in recruitment.
• You’re a creative personality to introduce new ideas and modern HR practices.
• You’re comfortable using English - you’ll need it on a daily basis.
