HR Generalist (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

As we grow our People Team, we are happy to consider CVs from individuals with various HR backgrounds. We look forward to welcoming someone who is eager to join as an HR Generalist, who however might have specific experience in eg. Payroll or Recruiting. As our current team has a range of competencies, we are looking for a great team fit, with the exact responsibilities depending on your profile.

• General HR Administration
• Support of leadership and employees on HR related topics
• Organization of new employee onboarding, and offboarding of leaving employees
• Entering and maintaining employee data in our HR Information System - Personio
• Preparation of contracts and other documentation
• Supporting and/or managing HR Projects
• Supporting and/or managing employee and company-wide communications
• Supporting planning of team events, together with our Office Administrator
• Dependent on your profile: Monthly payroll management, working closely with our external tax advisor
• Full-cycle recruiting

Your Profile

• At least one year of HR Generalist work experience, either in a fulltime role or as an Intern/Working Student
• Comfortable working in English and German
• High-level of ownership and ability to manage responsibilities end-to-end
• High-level of flexibility - we work as a team in a dynamic environment where flexibility allows us to work quickly and achieve great things together
• Experience or understanding of working on a timeline, being able to summarize your progress and where you might need support
• Eagerness to work in a growing start-up where you have visibility throughout the organization and ability to make an impact
• Experience with Personio or another HRIS would be very helpful
