HR Professional (m/f/d)
in full-time for our Munich office
RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are a reliable point of contact in HR administration: With accuracy and a strong service mindset, you maintain our employee data, support colleagues and managers in their daily use of HR tools and contribute to continuously optimizing as well as digitalizing our HR processes.
• Leveraging your strong organizational capabilities and interpersonal acumen, you contribute to impactful, group-wide HR initiatives. You support the planning and post-processing of strategic HR meetings and presentations, ensure smooth coordination of project-related deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners, and play an active role in implementing change and organizational development measures.
• You connect people and topics: As a communicative link between HR Operations, managers, and Group HR, you ensure smooth information flow, support internal communication formats, and contribute to the organization of workshops and HR events with sensitivity and dedication.
• With your commitment to learning, development, and collaboration, you help shape cultural momentum: You support the planning of training initiatives, contribute to group-wide cultural programs, and help foster a modern, employee-centered HR culture through your mindset and approach.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in HR, business administration, business psychology or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in an operational HR generalist role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP® SuccessFactors.
• Solid experience in handling HR processes and standard documentation.
• Hands-on mentality, structured and independent way of working.
• High service orientation, communication strength, and integrity.
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1); French language skills an advantage.
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
