Goodwe Plus Project Manager (Europe)

Your mission
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Goodwe Plus Project Manager to drive the success of our Goodwe Plus Program in Europe. This initiative is designed to engage installers through an online training platform, incentivizing them with rewards, tiered membership (Silver/Gold), and premium benefits (e.g., priority service access).
You will be the key architect of the program’s strategy, ensuring it resonates with installers, optimizes participation, and aligns with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to refine messaging, enhance engagement, and amplify outreach.
Your main responsibilities
Program Strategy & Engagement:

  • Develop innovative approaches to attract and retain installers in the Goodwe Plus Program (e.g., gamification, rewards, tiered benefits).
  • Analyse installer feedback and market trends to continuously improve the program’s appeal.
  • Design strategies to boost inverter installations and training participation through incentives (e.g., gift cards, VIP perks).

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work with Sales/Technical teams to refine training content and installer onboarding processes.
  • Partner with Customer Service to design tiered benefits (e.g., priority support for Gold/Silver members).
  • Coordinate with Marketing to create compelling campaigns (email, social media, web) that drive installer sign-ups.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., participation rates, installer engagement, redemption of rewards).
  • Report on program success and recommend data-driven adjustments.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding Goodwe Plus.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints (website, training materials, promotions).

Your Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years in project management, partner programs, or B2B marketing (renewables/energy sector a plus).
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with analytics tools.
  • Excellent English communication (additional European languages a bonus).
  • Personality: Proactive, creative, and passionate about building engagement.
