Global Head of Sales Data Architecture (f/m/d)
The Global Head of Sales Data Architecture (f/m/d) is the global owner of Siemens’ sales data
foundation. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be instrumental in
shaping the architecture foundational the underpins both our entire seller and
customer journeys. You will drive harmonization of our data governance and
sales tooling ecosystems, driving both innovation and efficiency globally worklng
closely with IT, relevant sales and other business stakeholders.
You will
lead a team of experts and collaborate closely with Sales, IT, and corporate
functions to ensure that sales data is accurate, accessible, and consistently
structured across business units and regions. This role drives company-wide
alignment in sales data management and governance.

will enable data-driven decision-making, improve sales productivity, and unlock
measurable business value by harmonizing and governing sales data as a
strategic asset.
You’ll
create impact by
1. Sales
Data Strategy & Governance
- Owning the vision for theglobal sales data domain and aligning it with business objectives.
- Defining data ownership,stewardship, and accountability across the sales data landscape.
- Establishing governancestructures to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Embedding governance intopolicies for data usage and lifecycle management, including regulatoryrequirements.
2. Data Architecture & Integration
- Defining and drivingimplementation of a gobal E2E architecture for Siements sales domain inclose partnership with IT, ensuring it supports unified seller andcustomer journeys.
- Driving harmonization of salesdata models across divisions and regions.
- Enabling seamless integrationof sales data across the application landscape (CRM, ERP, CPQ, salesenablement tools).
- Staying ahead of industrytrends and emerging technologies to refine and enhance the sales datastrategy.
3. Sales Data Operations & Quality
- Ensuring robust processes forbuilding and managing data products aligned with sales objectives.
- Driving overarching dataquality rules, KPIs, and scorecards to guarantee accuracy, completeness,and reliability of sales data.
- Steering prioritization andinvestment for sales data initiatives in line with organizational goals.
- Embedding a culture ofcontinuous improvement in data operations.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
- Leading, developing, andgrowing a team currently ~8 FTE, with potential expansion).
- Acting as the diplomatic “glue”between sales, IT, and corporate functions to align diverse interests.
- Serving as a key interface toglobal transformation programs, ensuring alignment and joint success.
- Engaging closely with countrysales organizations to understand needs and translate them into globallyscalable data solutions.
Your

Education
& Experience
- Master’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.
- Extensive experience in datamanagement, including proven success in leadership roles.
- Strong background in salesoperations and sales systematics; able to translate sales requirementsinto data frameworks.
- Proven success in implementingdata governance and architecture strategies in complex, globalorganizations.
Technical & Business Skills
- In-depth knowledge of datamanagement principles, domain architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Fluency with sales processes,CRM systems, and related data landscapes.
- Strong grasp of data qualityassurance, KPIs, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to connect strategicvision with practical adoption across global matrix organizations.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong leadership experience inmanaging and developing high-performing, diverse teams.
- Excellent influencing,communication, and stakeholder management skills - from country salesleaders to IT executives.
- Strategic thinker with provenability to navigate complex politics and build consensus acrossbusiness units.
- Inspirational leader who canbalance long-term vision with pragmatic delivery.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in the automationindustry or related sectors.
- Familiarity withenterprise-scale business processes and data landscapes.
- Certifications in datamanagement (e.g., DAMA, CMMI).
- Proficiency in English; Germanor other languages are a plus.
