Your mission
- Development of modern data science and machine learning solutions in football
- Working in an agile, cloud-based team of data scientists, developers, and product managers
- Designing new KPIs using statistical models and machine learning - e.g., for Bundesliga Match Facts
- Building innovative models to automate and optimize processes
- Contributing own ideas to the development of new analytical products
- Responsibility for the entire machine learning workflow - from data ingestion to deployment in production
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge of Python and common machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch and data processing libraries)
- Experience in developing, validating, and deploying ML models, ideally in production-ready environments
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS SageMaker
- Experience in model design/training as well as evaluation and validation on large datasets
- Excellent verbal and written English skills

Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung moderner Data-Science- und ML-Lösungen im Fußball
- Arbeiten in einem agilen, cloudbasierten Team aus Data Scientists, Entwicklern und Produktmanagern
- Entwicklung neuer KPIs mithilfe statistischer Modelle und ML - z. B. für Bundesliga Match Facts
- Aufbau innovativer Modelle zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Entwicklung neuer Analyseprodukte
- Verantwortung für den gesamten ML-Workflow - von Daten Ingestion bis Deployment in production
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und gängigen ML-Bibliotheken (z. B. PyTorch, weitere Datenbearbeitungs Bibliotheken)
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Validierung und dem Deployment von ML-Modellen, idealerweise in produktionsnahen Umgebungen
- Vertraut im Umgang mit Cloud-Infrastruktur, insbesondere AWS SageMaker
- Erfahrung mit Modelldesign/-training und Evaluation & Validation auf großen Datensätzen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
