What to Expect
As a Training Coordinator Associate, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and coordination of EHS training programs across EMEA. You will collaborate with internal Learning & Development partners and the Global EHSS training teams to ensure learners receive the required training on schedule. This individual will work closely with the EMEA EHS Operations team and Sales, Service and Delivery Training & Talent Development teams to maintain a strong safety and compliance culture at Tesla.This role can be based in Munich/Freiburg/Berlin.
What You’ll Do
- Independent planning and organization of various training formats for the Environment, Health and Safety department within EMEA SSD.
- Create and develop learning materials (e-learnings, work instructions, presentations, reference guides, etc.).
- Support LMS course administration and ensure compliance training completion is up to date.
- Align with internal and external stakeholders on training processes, projects, and rollouts.
- Identify didactic improvements to existing courses and programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for EHS training portfolio queries.
- Provide Tier 1 LMS support to employees, administer user roles, collaborate with Admins and Content Developers to curate and implement training strategies, and create and edit learning reports in Ziplabs.
- Support communication and campaign initiatives to enhance awareness, learning and understanding of EHS risks, programs and systems.
- Interface with / support operational EHS scopes to learn and develop EHS knowledge & skills.
What You’ll Bring
- Preferred fields of study: Education, Psychology, HR, Human Factors, or Occupational Health and Safety.
- Internship or working experience in an equivalent role.
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with a passion for training.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and MS Office (PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in LMS administration and/or e-learning creation (Articulate 360, Rise 360) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
