Für den Bereich „Shelter Systems“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen „IT Systems Engineer - Virtualisierung & Automatisierung (w/m/d)“ am Standort Fürstenfeldbruck.
Der Bereich entwickelt und integriert sichere, skalierbare IT-Gesamtsysteme für mobile und stationäre Plattformen im Defence-Umfeld. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale technische Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Implementierung und Automatisierung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Virtualisierungstechnologien, automatisierten Deployments und der Standardisierung sicherheitskritischer Systemumgebungen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer virtualisierter IT-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von Proxmox, Hyper-V und VMware ESXi
- Entwicklung und Optimierung automatisierter Deployment-, Konfigurations- und Testprozesse mit PowerShell und Ansible
- Standardisierung und Modularisierung von IT-Systemarchitekturen zur Verbesserung von Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Wartbarkeit
- Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und Systemhärtungsmaßnahmen nach dem Security-by-Design-Prinzip
- Technische Analyse und Lösung komplexer Systemprobleme im Third-Level-Support sowie fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung von Kollegen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Virtualisierung und Automatisierung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Serverbetriebssystemen sowie praktische Expertise mit Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, PowerShell und Ansible
- Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Systemarchitekturen und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, IT-Sicherheitsstandards oder Projekten im Defence-Umfeld
- Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Bereitschaft zur erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2) sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
