To strengthen our Marketing & Communications activities, we are looking for a motivated, hands-on, and well-organized personality to join our team as an
Events & Communications Coordinator 50 %
(all genders)
Your impact:
- Plan, organize, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
- Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, suppliers, and external partners
- Manage event-related marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
- Support webinars and virtual events in collaboration with product and sales teams
- Maintain communication schedules for press releases and media outreach
- Support internal communications and company-wide updates
- Collect and manage event leads in collaboration with the CRM team
- Assist in creating content for event-related campaigns and company news
Your skills & experience:
- Degree or professional training in marketing, communications, or event management
- Experience in planning and organizing events is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform under time pressure
- Willingness to travel and represent Essemtec professionally at events
