Your mission

We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new EU Digitalization Support Engineer!
What does a EU Digitalization Support Engineer do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work - to still the hunger for sustainable energy!
In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:

• Act as level-1 support to assist internal users on various applications in daily support, system training, Q&A etc.
• Identify and trouble shoot application problems leveraging your accounting and technology knowledge and communicate with IT technical teams.
• Escalate enquires in a timely manner to the development team for fixes, or to internal subject matter experts for issues requiring clarification.
• Contact third party vendors when appropriate to request more assistance or report issues with functionality.
• Document resolutions and workarounds in the knowledge base.
• Build trust with internal users by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Let's see what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT areas, such IT solution implementation, IT support, etc.
• English (C1) with excellent communication skills, Chinese is a strong plus!
• Experience using MS office solution.
• A passion for technology and desire to provide superior customer service.
