Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and convert OEMs in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, trucking, automotive, material handling, and other manufacturing industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts.
  • Work closely with the CRO to align sales efforts with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Ensure a healthy and active sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and lead high-value commercial discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and long-term customer success.
  • Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape ClearOps’ go-to-market strategy.
  • Take initiative in refining and optimizing the enterprise sales process as the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive.

Who You Are:

  • A highly motivated and ambitious professional with 3-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within the manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors. Alternatively background in consultancy, for complex concepts and solutions.
  • Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with C-level decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and make a direct impact in a fast-growing startup.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A structured, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and drive business growth.
