As Electrical Service & Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d), you will be in charge of managing the electrical commissioning and service activities for turnkey pump systems and auxiliary equipment. You will ensure the successful implementation of complex international projects, from technical preparation to project kick-off, while providing reliable support to customers and partners worldwide.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare project and tender documentation for turnkey pump systems and associated auxiliary units
- Commission of systems and equipment, including pumps, motors, frequency converters, control systems and supply systems
- Provide (electro-)technical project support from the quotation and order phase through to commissioning
- Conduct international field assignments to oversee installation and project kick-off activities
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth coordination and execution
- Act as the main contact and technical expert for all electrical matters
- Undertaking intensive onboarding and technical training at the company’s German headquarters
- Take global responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Degree or certification as Electrical Technician, Master Craftsman or Electrical Engineer
- Proven experience in commissioning of industrial systems, ideally combined with project execution exposure
- Industry experience in pumps, compressors or rotating equipment is advantageous
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional language skills in German or Arabic are an asset
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, with SAP experience considered a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ international experience in system or plant commissioning

You will not only provide hands-on support for quotations, proposals, and order acquisition but also contribute to market development strategies, cross-selling initiatives, and the long-term growth of the business in the region. Working closely with both local teams and international headquarters, you will help drive the expansion of advanced logistics automation solutions, contributing to the digital transformation of industries across the Kingdom.
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Support customers in driving front-end sales of industrial automation solutions with a focus on logistics automation and growth markets
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, while actively developing new opportunities and preventing competitor entry
- Visit customers to understand their needs, support solution engineering teams with proposals, prepare quotes, and follow up to secure orders
- Deliver on sales targets by preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly forecasts, while issuing weekly agendas and monthly reports
- Carry out active customer sales calls, travel monthly to allocated customers/markets, and consistently promote the product portfolio
- Cooperate with headquarters on orders, shipments, and overdue accounts in collaboration with local technical/commercial teams
- Update CRM and project lists to ensure accurate account and opportunity tracking
- Support international business initiatives in collaboration with global sales units and industry managers
- Promote the full product portfolio across business areas to maximize cross-selling opportunities
- Report to the Sales and Service Director, based in Dubai
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:
- University degree in Engineering
- Open to fresh graduates with strong motivation to achieve sales targets
- Technical knowledge relevant to automation solutions preferred
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, system integrators, end-users, or distributors is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic skills
- Knowledge of database, CRM, or ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- A valid driving license is essential
- Strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
- Analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
