You will lead quality activities within digital programmes and projects. The focus lies on compliance, customer requirements and continuous improvement across the full project lifecycle.
Your tasks
- Leading and coaching a quality team within programmes, projects or services
- Ensuring all quality disciplines deliver consistent results in line with requirements and plans
- Monitoring budgets and workload forecasts related to quality activities
- Acting as guardian of compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Managing end-to-end conformity and certification processes
- Creating and maintaining quality plans and supporting risk and opportunity management

Your profile

- Master’s degree in engineering or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in project management and quality management
- Strong understanding of compliance, certification and regulatory frameworks
- Team-oriented and dynamic working style
- Structured and proactive mindset
- English business fluent, German is a plus
