Data Community and Advocacy Manager (f/m/x)

• Design and run internal data events, meetups, and knowledge-sharing formats
• Create and manage communication channels for the data community (e.g., newsletters, forums)
• Promote awareness of data governance, literacy, and platform initiatives
• Act as the voice of the user community towards central data teams
• Measure and report on engagement and community health
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in Community Building, Data Management, Data Consulting etc.
• Experience in community building, internal communications, or employee advocacy
• Strong writing, communication and storytelling skills across digital formats
• Familiarity with data governance, digital culture, or analytics concepts
• Ability to engage diverse audiences across roles and regions
• Self-driven, creative, and passionate about building cross-functional communities
• English fluency
