Your responsibilities: Accurately weigh ingredients and prepare mixtures according to our recipes
- Create fillings and bases for our vegan snacks-such as bars and Pralinis
- Operate and clean our mixing and production equipment safely and professionally
- Work closely with the production team to ensure consistent product quality
- Help with packaging prep and hand-packing finished products
- Follow hygiene and safety standards (e.g., HACCP, IFS) and document your work accordingly
Your profile
- Completed training as a baker, pastry chef, cook, chocolatier, or pâtissier-or several years of hands-on experience
- Passion for artisanal work and a love for high-quality, plant-based products
- Experience in creating fine baked goods, pralines, ganache, creams, or chocolate
- A careful, creative approach and attention to detail
- Strong team player, reliable, and highly hygiene-conscious
- Willingness to work in shifts (early/late)
- Good German language skills; English is a plus
