As Siemens is creating technology to transform the everyday for everyone, the Technology & Financial Audit Practice plays a pivotal role in providing assurance to the Managing Board and the Audit Committee. We cover a wide range of technology and finance-related global audit topics such as assurance over entire digital ecosystems, AI and data governance, SW development, major IT transformations, customer project execution, organizational maturity at small / mid-size entities, sustainability reporting or new digital products and business models.

What part will you play?

• Participate in identifying key risks related to Siemens’s AI activities - in internal processes as well as in our products, covering technical, operational, contractual and regulatory aspects.- Support the continuous evolution of AI governance at Siemens.- Execute user stories as part of our comprehensive audit programs and controls to address the identified risks.- Explore responsible and effective use of AI in audit and lifting the potential from automation and data analytics.- Participate in meetings with auditees and key stakeholders to present the team’s conclusions and recommended improvements.- Actively contribute to shaping the future of audit in the age of AI.- Build your network in various Siemens businesses and functions.- Conduct your tasks in audit engagements using CF A’s Agile Audit Framework.

What you need to make real what matters.

• Firststeps taken in career development including 1-3 years of professionalexperience within Siemens, or a technology company, or a respectedassurance and consulting firm.
• Academicdegree (Bachelor or Master) in AI, data science, statistics, economics orrelated fields.
• Apassion for getting AI right, i.e. facilitating innovation and speedresponsibly.- Expertiseand hands-on experience with at least one of the following areas:
• DevelopingAI solutions in different configurations (training ML models, utilizingfoundation models, monitoring them in production), ideally in industrialsettings, critical infrastructure or financial services.
• Testingor certifying AI systems, devising AI governance, formulating technicalstandards for AI in industrial settings.
• Experiencewith AI deployments in the cloud.
• Solidunderstanding of IT risk management (e.g., IAM, DR/BC) and assuranceprinciples.
• Certificationslike ISACA AI Audit or IAPP AI Governance Professional are a plus.- Strongdesire and drive to develop into a business or functional role after 3-5years in audit.
• Excellentcommunication skills to summarize and describe technical audit results forsenior stakeholders.
• Proficiencyin English, flexibility to travel (up to 30%, incl. international travel)and embracing our hybrid working model is essential.
