- Du unterstützt unsere Projektteams bei der Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion und Qualitätssicherung.
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemlösungen wie MES, LIMS oder Electronic Batch Recording im regulierten Umfeld mit.
- Du begleitest Workshops und Kundentermine von der Vorbereitung bis zur Umsetzung und übernimmst dabei eigene Aufgabenbereiche.
- Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Consultants und Managern zusammen und lernst, wie man Kundenanforderungen analysiert und passgenaue Lösungen entwickelt.
- Du übernimmst sukzessive mehr Verantwortung durch eigene Arbeitspakete in laufenden Projekten.
Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen aus Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Abschlussarbeiten in der Life-Science-Branche, IT-nahen Projekten oder der Beratung mit.
- Du interessierst dich für pharmazeutische Prozesse, Digitalisierungsthemen und neue Technologien.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und bringst Teamgeist sowie Eigeninitiative mit.
- Du bist kommunikationsfreudig, reisebereit und möchtest dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln.

- You support our project teams in analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes in pharmaceutical production and quality assurance.
- You actively contribute to the implementation and advancement of system solutions such as MES, LIMS, or Electronic Batch Recording in regulated environments.
- You help prepare and participate in workshops and customer meetings, taking responsibility from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
- You collaborate closely with experienced consultants and managers, learning how to analyze client expectations and develop tailored solutions.
- You take ownership of your own work packages in ongoing projects and grow into more responsibility step by step.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, life sciences, pharmacy, or a comparable field.
- You have initial practical experience through internships, student jobs, or thesis work in life sciences, consulting, or IT-related projects.
- You are interested in pharmaceutical processes, digitalization topics, and emerging technologies.
- You think analytically, work in a structured way, and bring both initiative and team spirit to your projects.
- You are communicative, open to travel, and eager to grow both professionally and personally.
