Project description:
Development of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a central customer engagement platform to enable personalized and cross-channel customer communication. The implementation of the Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) creates a unified, data-driven foundation for marketing and personalization measures. This creates a central database that enables companies to optimize customer interactions in real time, segment target groups more precisely, and efficiently orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Task description:

• Design, development, and implementation of a central customer data platform (CDP) using the #Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP. Consulting for stakeholders across the entire technology area.
• Development of a technical design for personalization use cases implemented across various #marketing channels such as SMS, email, mail, phone calls, apps, and the web. This is based on previously defined target groups and segments. Consulting and development with the Customer Marketing department.
• Implementation of personalization use cases in Adobe Journey Optimizer using Adobe's Query Service to ensure optimized and targeted customer engagement. Consulting for the Customer Interaction department.
• Technical and architectural consulting for the optimal implementation of AEP, particularly with regard to data management, system integration, and personalization strategies.
