Your role:
We are looking for an engaged Co-Founder who will take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our digital platforms, either as Head of Marketing, Branding, & Communication. You will play a key role in further developing our vision, creating innovative solutions for our customers, and taking the company to the next level. Your focus will be on product development, the optimization of our digital services, and leading the IT team.
Your tasks:
Focus areas:
1. Head of Marketing, Branding & Communication:
- Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
- Optimization of online marketing channels (SEO, paid ads, email marketing, content strategy, etc.).
- Performance tracking and continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Development and implementation of a holistic visual identity.
- Management of design and branding processes as well as style guides.
- Style guides: Creation of style guides and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
- Conceptualization and execution of photoshoots.
- Management of external resources such as photographers, graphic designers, illustrators, and design agencies.
2. Co-Managing Director duties & strategic responsibility:
- Close collaboration with the management and shareholders to implement corporate strategy.
- Development and implementation of the next multi-year business plans from 2025 onwards.
- Leading and scaling the team with a focus on digital product and IT development.
- Optimization of business processes through automation and digitalization.
- Site development and team building in Munich.
Optional areas of responsibility (depending on experience and interest):
1. Textile and product development & supply chain:
- Design and development of sustainable textile products.
- Coordination of production and material procurement.
- Implementation of sustainability criteria in the supply chain.
2. Support and expansion of sales solutions:
- B2B business development
- Optimization of sales processes
- Optimization of logistics and PIM management systems
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position at a startup or as a Founder Associate with a focus on management, project leadership, and team management.
- Proven success in leading digital product development or IT projects.
- Experience in the development and optimization of e-commerce or B2B service platforms.
- Ideally, experience with UX design, web technologies, and agile methods.
- Knowledge of working with developers and stakeholders, as well as a good sense for market trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of personal initiative, creative ideas, and a data-driven approach.
- Advantageous: Experience with startup financing processes, scaling teams, or international business development.
- Interest in sustainable product development and building sustainable stakeholder processes for a better world.
