You'll
make an impact with us by
- Completing three tailoredassignments over 24 months across Siemens' finance functions - spanningOperating Companies, Corporate Units, and Siemens Financial Services.
- Going abroad for at least oneassignment to broaden your global perspective while being based at ourheadquarters in Germany.
- Taking ownership of complexprojects from day one, working in international teams.
- Gaining exposure to innovativetopics and business models, including Software as a Service (SaaS).
You'll win us over by
- MBA, Ph.D., Master's inFinance/Accounting, or equivalent qualification, with strong academictrack record.
- 5-10 years of relevant financeexperience in industrial companies, including minimum 12 monthsinternational work experience.
- Shown analytical strength andhands-on experience in areas such as business planning, performancemonitoring, financial modeling, data analytics, new business modeldevelopment, business intelligence, and post-merger reviews, with a focuson digital transformation.
- Experience leading teams anddriving complex, high-impact projects, e.g. in transformational contexts.
- Business proficiency in Englishwith strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and mobility withinthe program duration and beyond.
