In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die technische Betriebsverantwortung für Netzwerk-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt Wide Area Network Connectivity. Der Fokus liegt auf stabilem Betrieb, Provider-Steuerung, ITIL-basierten Prozessen, Störungsanalyse und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkservices.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für den stabilen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betrieb der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur nach ITIL
- Steuerung externer IT-Service-Provider anhand definierter KPIs und SLAs
- Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams bei Projekten und Einführung neuer Netzwerk-Lösungen
- Planung, Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung der Kosten- und Service-Strukturen
- Technische Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen und Störungen
- Management administrativer Zugänge und Berechtigungen im Verantwortungsbereich
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-/Informationssystemen oder Netzwerk-Infrastruktur-Projekten
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in WAN, VPN, Encryption Services, LAN, WiFi und DDI
- Erfahrung mit Cisco Switches, Routern, Wireless LAN Controllern, Access Points oder Efficient IP
- Gute Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen, insbesondere Service Operations; Cisco-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil
- Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will take technical operational responsibility for network infrastructure with a focus on wide area network connectivity. The focus is on stable operations, provider steering, ITIL-based processes, incident analysis and continuous improvement of network services.
Your tasks
- Ensure stable and high-quality operation of network infrastructure based on ITIL
- Steer external IT service providers according to defined KPIs and SLAs
- Collaborate with IT teams on projects and implementation of new network solutions
- Plan, control and further develop cost and service structures
- Provide technical support for root-cause analyses and incidents
- Manage administrative access rights and permissions within the area of responsibility
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT, information systems or network infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of WAN, VPN, encryption services, LAN, WiFi and DDI
- Experience with Cisco switches, routers, wireless LAN controllers, access points or Efficient IP
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes, especially service operations; Cisco certifications are an advantage
- German and English skills at least at negotiation level
