Das globale Team „Content Marketing & Strategy“ ist Teil der Einheit „Group Communications“ bei Munich Re. Wir entwickeln und steuern internationale Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und erstellen Inhalte für verschiedene Kanäle und Zielgruppen. Unser Team verantwortet die Kommunikation zentraler Unternehmens- und Rückversicherungsthemen und ist zuständig für Inhalte, Messaging, Storytelling, Formate und Kanäle für interne und externe Stakeholder. Zu unseren Themenfeldern zählen „People & Culture“, „Naturkatastrophen / Klima“, „Group & Reinsurance Strategy“ sowie „Cyber & AI“.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstütze uns aktiv und eigenständig bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Evaluierung von ganzheitlichen Kommunikationsprojekten
• Unterstütze die Kommunikation rund um die Themen Cyber und Künstliche Intelligenz durch Recherchen, Content-Erstellung und die Entwicklung zielgruppengerechter Formate.
• Plane und setze globale medienübergreifende Kommunikations- und Marketingkampagnen in einem globalen Team um Kreiere Inhalte und steuere digitale und offline Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (Web, Print, Social Media, Film, Podcasts, Präsentationen)
• Verfasse Artikel, Interviews und weitere redaktionelle Inhalte für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle.
• Recherchiere innovative Formate und Methoden und begleite unsere Consultants bei der strategischen Kommunikationsberatung

Ihr Profil

• Kreative, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative sowie zuverlässiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
• Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Interesse an Zukunftsthemen wie Cyber Security, Künstlicher Intelligenz und digitalen Innovationen
• Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung in Redaktion, Journalismus oder Unternehmenskommunikation
• Idealerweise Studium der Geistes- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Versierter Umgang mit Office 365 und Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen von Vorteil

Angehörige von Staaten außerhalb des europäischen Wirtschaftsraums benötigen eine deutsche Aufenthalts-/Arbeitsgenehmigung. Der erste Masterstudiengang darf vor/während der gesamten Tätigkeit nicht abgeschlossen sein.
