A good customer relationship is a firmly anchored principle of our corporate philosophy. In sales, you will develop integrated and individual transport solutions for our major customers in land transport, air and sea freight and contract logistics. From acquisition to the expansion and maintenance of existing business, you will support our customers from a single source.
For our region around Hallbergmoos near Munich, we are looking for support in field sales as soon as possible. Are you a hunter and have a knack for acquiring new customers? Can you sell air and sea freight in your sleep? Then we look forward to hearing from you.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Identifies and contact prospective customers and generate sales leads in the defined geographical area
- Presents and demonstrates products and services to customers and negotiate sales terms and contracts
- Follows up on sales inquiries and provides after-sales support and service
- Records sales data and maintain customer database in HISA
- Analyzes market trends and customer feedback and provide recommendations to management
- Collaborates with Products and Supporting Functions to ensure customer needs are met, while providing quotations and tenders
- Attends sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required
- Adheres to sales policies and procedures and comply with relevant regulations
- Achieves or exceeds sales targets and objectives via HISA: Number of leads and opportunities, number of visits and calls, YoY Growth in volume and GP (where applicable) of given portfolio, quality of pipeline
About your qualifications
- Skills & Competencies: Care & Connect, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Change, Personal Development, Responsibility & Reliability, Expertise, Self-Management, Hunting Mentality, Digital Affinity, Logistics Knowledge
- Education: Apprenticeship in Office Administration, Bachelor‘s degree optional
- Languages: Advanced in national language; Intermediate in English
- Work Experience: 3 years of work experience as Sales Representative, ideally within the Logistics Industry
