12-month trainee program
Initial onboarding takes place at our European headquarter in Munich, Germany
The rest will take place remotely (Home Office)

• Rotation through various relevant departments such as Internal Sales, External Sales, Product Management, Quality and more
• Getting to know our diverse product portfolio and strategy, as well as current market trends
• Responsibility for a demanding customer portfolio, expansion of existing client relationships, and identification of new business opportunities
• Driving the sales of innovative customer solutions as well as our own products
• Assignment in technical sales / field service in UK
• Close collaboration with the assigned sales representative and sales manager

Dein Profil

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or sales-related studies
• OR an excellent completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
• Ideally, initial experience in consulting and selling technically sophisticated products
• Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
• High affinity for sales and excellent communication skills
• Strong technical affinity and passion for innovative topics
• Very good command of English
