Your Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain close collaboration and communication with the respective end-to-end PMTD team
• Ensure seamless coordination between development and deployment activities
• Contribute to the on-quality, on-time and on-cost delivery of PMTD solutions
• Steer the end-to-end process from the initial demand to the feedback loop, ensuring consistent deployment across all PMTD solutions and stakeholders
• Manage the training offering and forecast and ensure that PMTD solutions comply with Air Power rules and regulations, including myPULSE processes and security classification requirements
• Define and validate deployment strategies for different registration and solution types
• Coordinate the definition of Training Paths and ensure structured categorization (Enabler/ Mandatory/ Optional)
• Plan and coordinate training sessions
• Maintain training plans and quarterly forecasts for upcoming demand and resource requirements
• Drive communications and run the automated trainee feedback loop
• Manage deployment deliverables in the scheduling tool and prepare reports on development and deployment activities
• Supporting all transversal Change Operational Deployment activities

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Project Management
• Very good user skills in MS-Office
• User skills in Google Workspace and Scheduling tools (Unified Planning, Jira) are a plus
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
